Cancellation & refund policy
This policy covers the annual Front Desk AI plan sold on our Pricing page. We want you to be able to try the Service with confidence, so we offer a genuine money-back window, balanced against the fact that this is a one-time annual purchase that starts working for you right away.
7-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no reason needed — provided your account has not yet handled more than 50 conversations conversations (we use a default of 50 while this is confirmed).
This threshold exists because once the assistant has handled a meaningful number of real conversations, the Service has been substantially used.
After the 7-day window
Because this is a one-time annual plan, after 7 days from purchase the annual term is non-refundable. You keep access for the remainder of the twelve-month term you paid for.
Cancellation
The plan does not auto-renew, so there is no subscription to cancel mid-term. To ensure the Service does not continue into a new term, simply do not renew — nothing will be charged automatically. You can tell us at any time that you don't intend to renew, and we'll note it on your account.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your purchase/payment reference.
- We'll confirm eligibility (within the 7-day window and under the conversation threshold) and, where eligible, process the refund to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under India's consumer-protection laws. If a payment was made in error or a duplicate charge occurred, contact us and we'll put it right regardless of the window above.
