Oltura ("we", "us") is a registered Indian MSME (UDYAM-MH-19-0444671) based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, operating this website at oltura.co. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
What we collect
- Contact form: when you submit our intro-call form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you type.
- Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type. This is aggregate usage data, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
- The demo page: the front-desk demo runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is stored or transmitted to us or anyone else.
Why we collect it
One purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever. We do not send marketing emails to form submitters who didn't ask for them.
Where it lives
- Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox ([email protected]) via Formsubmit, a form-forwarding service that processes your submission to deliver it to us.
- This site is hosted on Vercel; analytics are processed by Vercel and Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while your enquiry or our engagement is active. If you ask us to delete your details, we do so within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to show you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. One email does it: [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 93244 55886. No forms, no runaround.
Cookies and third-party requests
We do not set login or advertising cookies. The analytics tools above may set their own cookies or use similar techniques to measure visits; you can block these in your browser without breaking the site. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. Material changes affecting existing clients get an email.
